Altruism
- significance - subjugates surrogate mothers (takes away their bargaining power, disempowers them)
- beyond surrogacy

Service economy - you need to love the job

Gendered expectations sustain capitalist labour market of reproduction

Moralisation - good/bad binary is devoid of reality
